The Women’s Work Initiative (WWI) is a private/public city-wide initiative to bolster diversity and economic growth through female workforce re-entry. The first initiative of its kind, WWI is connecting 50 women returning to work with Atlanta’s leading employers in the pilot program launched in 2018.

The WWI embodies the inclusive spirit of our vision for One Atlanta, a world-class city where no one is left behind. As a working mom myself, I am grateful for the great companies that understand the critical need for equity in employment, especially for those women who are re-entering the workplace. The Mom Project understands the value of the hardest job there is: raising our children.

We'd love to have you join us in this initiative that will transform the ways employers and cities collaborate to support workforce reentry.
